If I sign up for this service can I roam? In other words, can I use a phone
line other than the phone line I signed up for?
Not yet. Once you've identified the phone line this service is dedicated to, it covers that phone line ONLY!. IF YOU HAVE A SECOND PHONE LINE IN YOUR HOUSE, THAT PHONE LINE IS NOT COVERED. But keep your eyes open because we're going to introduce a service similar to this that allows roaming (call from anywhere) so you'll never buy a pre-paid phone card again!Exactly how do I use this service? Directions for Using 800 Number Access:How is this billed anyway?Using the phone line that the services is connected to, dial the toll-free 800 access code, then dial your number like you've normally dialed in the past. Since you can only use this on one dedicated line it is highly recommended that you program your "Speed Dial" (memory) of the 800 number so you don't have to remember again!Directions for Using Local Number Access:First you dial the local access number. Then you dial your pin number (your local phone number + three digits). Then, dial your number like you normally would. TIP: Program your local access number in your speed dial at position 1; then, program your pin number in your speed dial in position 2. When you pick-up the phone and hear a dial tone press Memory Position 1. When it asks for your pin number press Memory Position 2. Then dial the number like you normally would. This prevents you from having to remember all of these numbers. Each month, we send you a bill to your local billing address you designate.I want to stop the service, how do I shut it off? Easy, since it's a "PRE-PAID" service, if we don't get your payment by the due date we just don't allow you access anymore. So lack of payment automatically shuts the service off.I want to add the service to my second line and take it off of my first line, how do I do that? Easy. Just "REFILL" out the application identifying the new phone number, allow for up to 5-days for connection, and don't pay the other bill.I have some additional questions, who do I talk to?
